Reflexions Hair Salon is committed to you by holding your scheduled reservation with your Service Provider/ Stylist. We do appreciate the same commitment from our guests as we often have appointment requests on a wait list. We kindly require ONE DAY (24 hr) notice of cancellation. If you are unable to cancel at least one day in advance, you could be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. We understand this is unavoidable at times, however, this may be considered as circumstances vary.

Cancellation Policy

"No Show" Policy

Be kind and cancel your reservation scheduled with your stylist 24hrs or more prior to appointment time. A “No Show” is a direct result of lost income to your Service Provider/ Stylist. To assist your Stylist from having this loss of income and the time that becomes unavailable to fill, we may enforce a strict policy of charging a 50% deposit to hold future appointments should this happen on more than one occasion. Please be kind to your Stylist and cancel your appointment at least 24hrs in advance to avoid this “No Show” policy being enforced.

Guests may contact us within 10 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you

Service Adjustments

Returns & Exchanges

We offer full exchanges on all products. If for any reason a guest is not satisfied with their new product we will replace it with something that better suits their needs. Returns are on all hair care products will be given full credit towards the purchase of another product or the full value in a gift card. Returns on hairdryer, curling and flat irons must be returned within 14 days. Returned items must be in original box. We can not offer a return or exchange of custom ordered hair extensions.

Method of Payment

We accept cash, checks and all forms of credit cards.
